Pokemon is a.k.a. pocket monsters in Japan. Information technology is managed by an association of 3 companies namely Nintendo, Game Freak and Creatures, Copyrights are shared aside three companies merely Nintendo solely owns the earmark. This pokemon franchise was created in 1995 by Satoshi Tajiri, the basic plot of pokemon revolves about creatures with different abilities, traits and powers called as pokemon and anthropomorphic who is identified as Pokemon Trainers. Pokemon trainers catch the pokemon and school them to fight in battle arenas, know as gyms, with all fight they win trainer gain a gym badge. Every trainer fights for many number of badges to become the most successful trainer in the Pokemon planetary.
The franchise began with a computer game called Pokemon Red and green in 1996, it soon began as the anime serial publication based on the gimpy in Tokyo in 1997, As of now, IT has aired more than 1000 episodes, divided into 6 series in Japan itself and also aired 22 seasons of Pokemon internationally. Apart from episodes, at that place are films of Pokemon also. There is a cards also officially launched aside franchise titled Pokemon Trading Card game. The original video game was best merchandising series in Nintendo with much 340 million copies oversubscribed and more than 1 billion raiseable downloads.
